I Phia!!

All day Wednesday Emma decided to be the baby agin. She kept crawling into the saucer and would say "I Phia! I baby! I Phia!" She's moved on from calling Sophia "SSSooo", now it's just "Phia". Someday we'll get it all together!

Settlers of Catan

For those of you who are familiar with the game Settlers of Catan... you will enjoy this story. We played with some friends the other night and it was down to the end and it was well known that Christine had her ten points and was about to win. I had eight points and I knew my only hope was to buy two development cards and hope for two points... and guess what... they were both points! I WON! I BEAT HER SOO GOOD!!

She was so sad. We called it a close tie becuase she played well. Luck was just on my side.
Then the Catan Monster destroyed the island!! (Kind of sounds like LOST)
I win!!! :) :) :) :) (also please note that I beat Jared as well)

Some more of my friends...

This is me and Tyler. (John went to high school with Jared and my mom is freinds with his mom Bri) Oliver has some more competition!

This is me and Jaclyn (Ryan and Kristi are friends from church)

Thank you Doe Grandparents!

Yummy Cereal

I've been eating cereal for a couple of weeks now. I think I'm ready to move on to some good stuff!

Today Emma kept wanting to eat some so I finally gave her a spoonful. After much gagging, I don't think she'll be asking for more any time soon!

Rolling Over...

We finally got a roll on video! She's a little camera shy. Today she actually rolled over and over and over again. Gigi almost lost her under a chair! Here we go!

First Zoo trip

Here is Sophia ready for her first day at the zoo! She didn't care all that much about the animals, but it was a great day to be outside! Mom didn't think to bring a hat so we improvised with her blanket... I don't have any strange Michael Jackson issues. I promise.

I think she most enjoyed just being outside with mom and dad all day!

We went with Emma, Aunt Koo Koo and Great Aunt Michelle. Here is Emma running at the camera... little did I know that those fists of fury contained lots of little rocks which she proceeded to pelt at Aunt Marcie's face right after I took this picture! Awesome!
We had to wait for the elephants to come out and eat, so here Emma is convincing the elephants to come on out!

What a great day! Happy Birthday Karie!
